The palate exudes fleshy primary fruits, layered with nutmeal, lemon butter and brioche. A chalky, mineral texture and fresh citrus acidity continues the bounce.
The palate is a bag of bramble fruits – red currants, mulberries, plums, blackberries and blueberries, all supple and rich. This ambling fruit power is bridled by an ample swathe of fine fruit tannins, well assisted by the finest grained French oak.
pinot noir rosé
This rosé from Marchand & Burch provides flavours of soft red berries and juicy yellow fleshed peach simmer over the silky mid palate. The chalky, saline and savoury note of the back palate give length and a fine drying balance to finish the wine.
